  Release frustration,  unhelpful thoughts , and painful memories.   Bring your attention to the present moment.  Breathe.  Remind yourself that you're safe in this moment.   Turn your attention toward your breathing.  For a few minutes, forget about everything. Allow yourself to detach.   Just be.  Just allow your body to relax.  Be quiet and still. Have faith that things will fall into place.   You will get the answers you're searching for.  You will get where you need to be.  Trust the process.
